I would also like to add that if you make the minimum servers 20 and the
max 400 eg.

:NSCONTROL SERVER=VTSERVER,20,400

your users will not see such a pause when they try to log on especially
after system reboot when users are fighting to logon.  If the min. in set
to 0 then the users must wait for a slot to be open with it set to 20 then
twenty users could be logging on at the same time.

I don't think so.  It needs to be set every time NS is started.  If you
have the "NSCONTROL START" done automagically, just add the SERVER= option
to it.
