Try making a copy of the file (COPY or FCOPY), purge the original and
rename the copy back to the original name.

Subject: ALTSEC filename;DELACD
Hello,
When I try to delete an acd from a file, I get the following message
(and yes, I am the creator of this file):
:ALTSEC FILENAME;DELACD
Cannot delete ACDs from objects where file matrix security does not
apply.
(CIERR 7330)
I can only assume that I need to enter some file access specs on the
file, but I tried that and it doesn't seem to help. Why is my HP giving me this
attitude? Grrr.... I *must* be missing something painfully obvious.
TIA,
Art Frank
