As an experiment I've just started FTP services running on my HPs and can logon-connect in both Reflection FTP and my Browser (IE 5.0).

With Reflection I can happily move files, delete them etc - however in the Browser all I can seem to do is get directory listings from the HP. If I try to move/copy a file in the Browser, it just hangs or comes back with Server errors.

Has anybody any suggestions?
Is the combination of my browser and FTP server on the HP not a good one ?

I've tried a search on FTP in the HP3000-L archive but it keeps timing out.
