In fact it does, though not interactively. That is, its looping ability
is the *MPE* :while command, but it must be placed in a command file.
While it's certainly less convenient to have to use a command file for this,
the benefit is in being able to mix Qedit commands in with MPE commands.
This turns out to be VERY powerful.
