Stan notes two ways of adding PM cap to a program: Lund's "acap" program
(snipped here) and MPE's LinkEdit:

> :linkedit
> altprog lzw; cap =....., PM, .... (not as easy to use :)

It's a shame that :linkedit was not modified at the same time as MPE's
altuser/altgroup/altacct commands to allow the use of "+" and "-", so
that we could use

altprog lza; cap=+PM <-- NOTE: This is wishful thinking for LinkEdit

Of course, this would still be useful.... :)

> Wouldn't surprise me to find that MPEX can also do this.

But of course:

    %altfile lza; cap=+PM
