   I am currently attempting upgrading my Materials Management (from version
A.09.11 to Version C.00.00) system and have a couple of questions re: your
experience with upgrades and support from this vendor.
   I've not worked with eXegeSys before and am wondering what others have found
in regards to their support and products.
