Someone might correct me on this but I think Fantasia is now called
JetForms. We used Fantasia when I worked for Glaxo Pharmacueticals in
Melbourne. JetForms is
much improved and can do much more ( web enabled front end for forms
etc..).
In Australia it can be found at Facer Solutions in Sydney. I have the
address somewhere in the mess on my Wednesday morning desk if they want
it.
