It will only matter if you use XLs (unless you transport the XLs
from your development machine as well). With the exception of
the libraries in /lib and /usr/lib, everything you need to run
something that was statically linked is present on the target
machine.  What I mean by statically linked is that you use
the RLs at link time and not use the "dependent library"
feature or explicitly named XLs.
