File NPCONFIG.PUB.SYS contains all the information to map sysgen ldev numbers to IP addresses.

Objet:  Adding network printer

We are trying to add a network printer (LaserJet 5000N) and then setting it
as the default system printer.

The system is a 949 running MPE/iX 5.5,  We have made the additions to
Sysgen (adev ldev=12 id=HPTCPJD path=NONE), but have been unable to locate
the other "half" (??) of the configuration, the "logical" LDEV to a
"physical" IP address.

Any Ideas???
