These tools can be picked up on the web as you will find documented in
the above noted 3000-L archives.. Or you can contact your friends at the
Response Center and request:

5.5:
  - NSSFD16 5.5 General Release patch.
  - NSTFD10 5.5 General Release patch.
  - NMSEDT7 5.5 General Release patch.
6.0:
  - NSSFDA5 5.5 Beta Test patch.

The patches will install the SHOWCONN and ABORTCON tools to the
NSRV000.TELESUP group, so look their first before ordering any patches.
