You should have received a 3 cm thick pack of pre-punched pages titled: HP
3000 MPE/iX System Software Maintenance Manual Release x.x
The Release 6.0 one is bound in shades of Grey.
It may also be on the Instant Information CD and on the HP documentation web
site:  http://www.docs.hp.com/
