BTDT (have the hair loss to prove it): It is a very good book, but for 99.9%
of the reasons for using sendmail, you don't what to go anywhere near this
book or the rules part of the sendmail.cf file. For the other .1%, hire a
consultant with good references and be really sure you know what you want.
