Would you like to use new windows style tools ?

My Answer for
1. Use schema editor from Minisoft to redefined data source
as you like to see.
2. ODBC/32 with Access 97 link table with IMAGE or
Query Save file(SDF) and run MS access query to group with
or select disctinct by group-field and print or copy paste to
some PC type file like Excel...

 with HP3000 query ???

Frankly, HP3000 side do not have fast extraction tool..
Since open connection via TCP/IP use tool from MicroSoft
or Minisoft you can extract faster ...
