It shouldn't. I have been using Citrix Winframe (the predecessor to
Metaframe, and the product on which Microsoft's Windows Terminal
Server is based) in my HP-UX environment for 2 years. My HP-UX people
also use freevt3k to get to our 3000 ... I have not seen any sign of
conflict between the two apps.
Metaframe uses a pretty low-bandwidth protocol, so that shouldn't be
an issue if you don't already have bandwidth issues. This is
especially true if you are in a switched network environment.
Next month I hope to be on Terminal Server Edition and Metaframe. I'll
post to the list if I have any problems like you mention.
