HP has publicly said that all customers are free to submit bug reports
and enhancement requests, even if they are not on support.
They have, however, failed to provide a mechanism for such reports
to be submitted. I'd presume that snail mail sent to the right address
at HP would work...but I have no idea what address this is.
In an effort to FINALLY GET HP TO LISTEN TO USERS WHO WANT EMAIL
SUBMISSION OF BUG REPORTS, I'm cc'ing a couple of HP people responsible
for HP ESC.
