The :SETCLOCK sub-second accuracy bug that confounds XNTPD continuous time
synchronization now has a formal SR number: 5003462838.

If you're a site that yearns for robust time synchronization capability on MPE,
please submit your own HPRC call requesting a fix for SR 5003462838.
