I really question this type of bonus.  I would hate to be working next to
some person that drug themselves into work just so they could get a few
extra bucks at the end of the year.  There is not only a good chance that
they will then make me sick, they are also prone to make more mistakes on
the job. I would much rather have them stay home and get better!
