You too??   Mine was in a '63 Ford F250 pickup -- affectionately known as
"Old Snort" (anyone remember Snuffy Smith?   ouch!)  for its ability to lay
down a great smokescreen before I rebuilt the engine.  Favorite song was
"Purple Haze". :-)

The 8-track sounded great in that tinny cab, though!

It's not 8-track I didn't like so much as the gosh-awful stuff that used to
be played on them  (K. C. and the Sunshine Band, etc.).
