Hello List Gurus and Guruettes.

Is it possible to open an Image database from one process or
program and access it from an entirely seperate process or
program ? Processes or programs that aren't sons of the
database opening program.

In other words, can I open, lets say for the sake of argument, the
Customer database. Leave this program running until it
recieves a message to close the database, perhaps a
message file record written at the end of the day, then access
the open database from standalone programs and processes ?

I hope I phrased this properly. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

TIA

David "Oh no, multitier-a-rama" Burney
