The correct syntax would be:
:run buldacct.pub.sys;info="REVIEW%VSACCT=DEV_VS
or
:buldacct "REVIEW%VSACCT=DEV_VS"
But neither one of these will change the account name. I don't see anything
in the BULDACCT help that will; you'll have to manually edit the BULDJOB1
file and change "REVIEW" to "REVQA" in all.
