The ftp server on MPE/iX produces different output than Unix does in response
to the "dir" and "ls" commands.

When you issue an "ls", MPE preceedes each item with a "./" unless you are
doing an "ls" of the root directory, in which case it preceeds each item with
a "."; this is very wrong. Files under root should be preceeded with a "/"!

MPE also appends a "/" to each account, group, or directory name. This is
actually better than Unix, but completely non-standard.

Finally, MPE produces "LISTFFILE,2" style output in response to a "dir"; Unix
produces "ls -l" (or "ll") style output.

I'd like to propose the following enhancement suggestions:

1) I'd like a run-time switch for the ftp server that tells it to produce
more standard output in response to the "ls" and "dir" commands.

2) I'd like a "site" command that switches the server from MPE to Unix (and
back) style output for my session.
