Yes, the problem is on your network "NETWORK PROBLEM", a local gateway "ROUTER"
is sending MANY MANY MANY "ICMP" redirects to the 3000 and the 3000 NS-TRANSPORT
is warning you of this with this handy message logged to the console.

The 3000 is fine, it has updated it's routing tables as per the ICMP messages
received from the router and is now routing your data to an alternate path.

When you see this message on the 3000 console, it is an indicator that you are
having network problems and you need to get your network team together to check
out the ROUTERS and external links.
