Hi Mark :)

I have on my wall a quote from a Russian Document that I got about 10 years
ago... This quote (listed below) sums up your point well :)

"One of the serious problems in planning against American Doctrine is that the
Americans do not read their manuals nor do they feel any obligations to follow
their Doctrine."

I have always found this to be true of the US Army... whether in combat or peace
:) And was definitely true of how I ran *MY* supply room! hehehe
