We would like to congratulate Kathy Blum for her selection to serve on the
Department of Education’s Blue Ribbon School’s panel.  As a panel member,
Ms. Blum reviewed applications from elementary schools throughout the
nation and recommended schools for Blue Ribbon recognition.  Ms. Blum was
one of a limited number of school evaluators selected with demonstrated
expertise in elementary education and the arts.

Congratulations, Ms. Blum, on your selection for the review panel!  By
providing elementary schools across the country with the recognition they
deserve, you also bring recognition to our institution and the excellent
service performed by dedicated people such as yourself.  Thank you for your
