I'm changing my DTC configuration.  when I validate I receive the standard
validation started line and validation of DTD/LINK finished. line but in
between with no other message is the line 1 Errors Encountered.
how do I find the error.  if I print this to the printer the same 3 lines
are printed.
what is wrong?
