Hi Tracy :)
     It is experiencing "Network Withdrawal" ... this is a series condition and
can cause irreversable damage to the laptop's psyche!   Get it to a counclling
quickly... before it is to far gone...

     'Course it could just be a setting got changed :) hehehe  What OS and which
NOS is running on the laptop?
