Wirt, you may want to check on the USPS case which
I mentioned at the start of this entire fracas.
Like I said it has been 8 years (+ or -) but
litigation was brought against the companies (iirc,
the customers themselves, not Fedex...I think one
of them was Xerox) for using an auxillary service
when overnight delivery was not required. You may
actually be in violation of the law for using an
auxillary carrier rather than the USPS when the
USPS would do just as well for the services
required. (Don't worry, I won't report you...for
a fee... (; )
