OOPS... What was I thinking?  My mistake.  sigaction is indeed present in
/usr/include/signal.h.  I was looking at /usr/contrib/include, which is a
deliberately pared-down version.  I'll be more careful before making such rash
statements!  Thanks for your time.

Are you sure? I see that in my /usr/include/signal.h. I wonder if you
had a problem when installing 6.0?
