Yes, big YES. But until then (in my humble opinion, that I have
already cast at the ESC... in vain) the patch download web pages
*should* have a direct hyperlink to the *correct* MOVER version
and the *latest* PatchIX version. Why don't the webmasters at the
ESC listen (or even respond) to feedback? (At least they did not
when I submitted many many moons ago). sigh.
