Hi All,

The site were i'm deployed is busy with a merger of two sales offices.
Therefore we have installed a JetDirect printer (i know how) to accept jobs on
TCP/IP.

We asked the helpdesk that maintains a HP3K (MPE-iX 5.5 and SpoolMate
(DCM/PAK) A0.08.) to install a device that points to our JetDirect interface.
They cannot perfom this task. Unfortunatly there is no information available
how-to install cq. setup a device in SpoolMate on the web or in this
newsgroup. It is discussed though but not in detail.

Has anyone any information regarding this issue for us, so i can inform the
helpdesk at sweden on howto do this.
