Now that the manual is available, can you let us know how to get it - or
where to find it - without resorting to individual email requests to
you?  (Simply emailing you may inundate you with excess requests!)

As another thought, since you so conveniently converted it to a
winhelp.exe file format, what is the possibility of convincing Vesoft to
allow you to convert it to an html format and hosted somewhere on the
web?  (MBS would be willing host an on-line version...)
