YES!  I also agree.

If you hadn't already been introduced to HP's IT inabilities with things
like their order processing, you would be appalled at their TOTAL TECHNICAL
INEPTNESS.

I had a conversation with one of their technical help folks recently
(located via Response Centre), found him helpful but certainly voiced my
opinion that HP's web hosting is generally a VERY POOR advertisement for
their company.
