the following commands to handle the changes

IF HPMONTH = 10 AND HPDATE > 24 THEN
ECHO We are going back to Standard Time
SETCLOCK TIMEZONE = W8:00
ENDIF
IF HPMONTH = 4 AND HPDATE < 8 THEN
ECHO Setting clock for Daylight Savings Time
SETCLOCK TIMEZONE = W7:00

Perhaps more people would be using Patch/iX if it was actually mentioned in
the standard "HP 3000 Patch Installation Instructions" that the North American
Response Center sends along with snail-mail (well, FedEx) patches.

The instructions that arrived with a patch today are version E.05.04, last
revised waaaaay back in 4/27/93.  No mention of Patch/iX anywhere.
