Wrong again.  The series 33 and 30 were NOT upgradable to 44 and 40, respectively.  The 33 and the 30 were dead-end machines.

Clearly, senility is setting in. I seem to have misremembered the upgrade
sequence for the older machines (and unfortunately all of the sales and
configuration guides that I've saved are too old to be of any use; the Series
30 was a brand-new machine for these guides).

Let me see if I can get it right this time:

   33 -> 44 -> 48 -> 58

   30 -> 40 -> 52 -> 52

   64 -> 68 -> 70
