Gary, if we talking about a software license, fine, but if we
are talking about HARDWARE, that is a different issue.  If I
want to use an HP9000 as a boat anchor OR a 3000 what's the
difference.  As i mentioned previously, software is a different
issue, you buy a license to use software under certain
conditions.  I guess one could sell hardware the same way, but
I have never seen a hardware purchase agreement where HP
stipulated that the buyer agrees to use the hardware only for
certain purposes.
