Just a note - mostly to those who are on the other side of the big pond from
us here in Beautiful Southeastern Pennsylvania, USA... if you are planning
to vote in any of the SIG ballots we are hosting, you may find us
intermittently unavailable between 4:00 and 8:00 AM (0900-1300 UTC).
Apparently, our ISP will be installing new equipment in the local Point of
Presence, which may require temporary and short outages during this time.
Just some advance warning - vote early (but not often :)
