Something similar.  The DBGET is not being given a big enough buffer to
hold the current DB record.  In FORTRAN usually a LOGICAL or INTEGER array
is defined to hold the record.  It should match what a QUERY FO SETS says
the set size is.  I looks suspiciously like an RPG program, though.  Then
the F-Spec is sized too small that defines the dataset in use.  Hope this
