Operations Control Systems (OCS) Librarian will handle all of those. It's a very
richly featured product.

HP has (had?) a product for this purpose, also.

I saw some stuff about CVS on the list recently, but I don't think this
exact topic was covered:

What is available as a development managment tool (i.e., 'source code
control') for Cobol Source, Copylibs *and* image database schema?
