Dr. Gene Ezell has recently received a contract from the Tennessee
Department of Education totaling $5,600.  The state Department of Education
has recognized Dr. Ezell's expertise in HIV/AIDS education and has
contracted with him to evaluate the performance of all grantees receiving
funds from the state's HIV/AIDS Prevention Education office.  Dr. Ezell
will ensure that all local education agencies in Tennessee are in
compliance with the State Department of Education's HIV policy requirements.

We congratulate Dr. Ezell on this award and commend him on being recognized
for his expertise in HIV/AIDS education.
