Two questions come immediately to mind...

I was under the impression that this program was still under revision
and would not be available until probably March.  Was there an
announcement about this that I missed?

And, if the program has been revamped, does it really test one's
knowledge of MPE and the MPE environment?  I understand that one of the
problems with the old program is that it was "too easy".
