OK, I give up......

The HP Electronic Support Center CLAIMS to have a link for registering for a
sweepstakes drawing for a Photo Smart Digital Camera (US Customers only),
but I can't find it!  Has anybody else on the list been able to get to this
or is this just a "phantom" sweepstakes that doesn't really exist except in
the mind of HP?
