You can set your subscription to DIGEST mode, and then only one e-mail comes
to you per day, with an index, plus the posts.  There is also an INDEX mode
which just sends the index.

Send the message to [log in to unmask]  No subject, and in the body,
send either:

SET HP3000-L DIGEST

or

SET HP3000-L INDEX

I would recommend DIGEST - at least the messages come through, even if in
one larger e-mail.
