Well, you aren't the ONLY 3000 in India.  We have one in Delhi, and one
other city I believe.  We also have one in Lahore, PK.

HP has facilities in India.  They must have trained technicians there for
their own purposes.  It can't be that hard to put a few of them on call.

I honestly don't know how we are handling hardware support, but I believe it
is through HP.
