As an experiment I called Tivoli and asked "Who do I talk to if I wanted
to buy Roadrunner?"  I was asked what platform and told them an HP3000.  I
was then asked what state I was from and was referred to someone in my
area.

Since Charles was from California, I also botherted to ask:  "If I was
from California, who would I be referred to?"  I was then referred to a
"Brett Beetle" [spelling approximate].

Assuming prior phone numbers given for Tivoli on this list are correct,
the above should be the correct Tivoli person to ask for.
