A very simple scheduler I use comes with MPEX/STREAMX.  It could certainly
be enhanced, but the price is right, since I already use MPEX and STREAMX
for other reasons.  When I stream a job via streamx, besides specifying AT=
to specify a certain time, I also specify REPEAT=WEEKDAYS to have the job be
streamed every Monday thru Friday until I remove it from the schedule.  Or I
could specify REPEAT=MONDAY to have it stream every Monday at a particular
time.  It uses the BACKG background job to store the schedule and actually
stream the jobs.
