I don't see how implementing those courses already approved for the new
Gen. Ed. requirments is going to cost money this semester.

To add postponing Gen Ed to the Agenda Monday would require a 2/3 approval
of the members present.  So changing the rules is not debatable, though
consdieration of the measure suerly would be.
