If you visit Chattanooga State's library or would find
 it convenient to do so, this message is for you!
 The libraries of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and
 Chattanooga State are participating in a reciprocal borrowing
 pilot project which is open to students, faculty, and staff of both
 institutions.  To participate in this project, bring your
 UTC ID to Lupton Library's circulation counter and obtain a
 Chattanooga State/UTC borrower's card.  Take the card and your
 photo ID to Chattanooga State's library.  Select up to four
 books you would like to check out, and present those books,
 together with your borrower's card and ID to the circulation
 counter attendant.  The books will be yours to review for three
 weeks.  The libraries of UTC and Chattanooga State hope the
 pilot project is a success and will be continued beyond the
 Spring semester.
