HAL was the most sinister computer villain of all time, from the movie
"2001: A Space Odyssey".

To see HAL (and to hear HAL's computer voice) regarding the sad history of
Y2K problems (from the perspective of the year 2001 and from the
perspective of a computer who blames it on humans and their bugs), see

http://www.apple.com/hotnews/features/hal.html

You have already made you applications (and your databases) Y2K compliant,
haven't you? If not, what are you waiting for?
