How about this:

6 months ago we bought 2 64Mb modules for **** $1800 **** each (the going
rate for new.) 2 months later 1 failed. Guess what HP support put in??? A
REFURB!!! We could have bought refurbs for about $900 but the boss wanted
new.

Whew, I should have gone into 3000 memory manufacturing!
