I absolutely love QEdit. It's advantage over QUAD is that it can handle
variable-length files. Also, it has built-in Reflection abilities.
(Reflection is an HP3000 Terminal Emulator for Windows).
One example script it has - in a Batch Job - searches for a terminal
port running Reflections, LAUNCHES EXCEL on that PC, READS and WRITES
cell values, and ends off when a value gotten from Excel exceeds a
certain value. All using built-in DDE calls.
